Daily bandage changes are scarey for our little guy. He is brave and doesn’t fight though. The therapist who changes them is very gentle and patient, too.
It was so good when it was over. Soon he will only need to go a couple of times a week. During the first 72 hours, the burn worsens before true healing begins. We are on the other side of that and now he should begin to feel better day by day. It was so good when the new bandages were on.

Poor little guy! My prayers are with him and his mom too (I know she’s feeling it… I remember when my Alex cracked his skull.) He already looks a bit better in these photos than the in the first ones, though. May God speed his healing.
Tears threaten to fall just looking at the photos. I wish I could hold his little hand, squeezing it gently, so I can pass on some of the love. He’s adorable, and I wish he wasn’t in pain.
I’m recommending this because I would love my friends to pray for him, too.

I have compassion for him ! he is strongly burned but you say he is doing well towards a good healing .

I came here from mimiwi. My heart aches for this beautiful little guy. Burns are so horribly painful. Number One Son fell into a charcoal fire when he was about three. Thank goodness, it was only his leg and arm, but the hot charcoal stuck to his skin and if we tried to brush it off, it just embedded deeper. My prayers are with you all.
Thank you very much Adelynne for leading me to this site. My heart and Prayers go out to this little boy, his family, and the medical staff who are doing their best to take care of him.

Burns are terrible! I pray this little guy heals totally and quickly with a minimum of pain.
